IMPORTANT: It is important to stress that the fees paid for the CSI XLII will grant access also to all the Conference Sessions of “21st International Symposium on Bioluminescence and Chemiluminescence” and the “XIX International Symposium on Luminescence Spectrometry” (https://www.isbc-isls2022.com ) that will take place from May 31th - June 3rd, 2022 at the same venue of Gijon Congress Center.
If you are also interested in presenting an additional communication to the 21 ISBC-XIX ISLS, obtaining full advantages of this event, (such as certificate of presentation, inclusion of abstract in the CSI XLII book of abstracts, etc.) you can make advantage of getting a highly reduced second fee for the CSI XLII conference of: 200 € (regular) of 105 € (student). The celebration of a gala dinner will be subject to the evolution of the COVID19 pandemic and the meeting restrictions at the time of the Conference.
Information will be provided once an estimate can be made on the possibility of celebrate a gala dinner with health security guarantees on the COVID situation.
Visas are required for some countries. Delegates should check with their local representations. Please note that it can take several weeks for process a visa application. Thus, early application is recommended. The conference organizers, or is agents, cannot accept any responsibility for visa applications. Where a delegate is unable to attend because of failure to obtain a visa on time, the normal cancellation policy for registration fees will apply.
If you require a letter of invitation for Visa application purposes, you can ask for it at the same time when you are submitting an abstract. Please send an email to email@example.com to ask for it.

Students (and/or ISBC, ISLS or SEA members) must justify their condition by sending an attestation document to the email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your registration has been completed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at the email address provided during the registration (please check you spam folder as it is an automatic reply and sometimes it could be considered as spam). Please, contact email@example.com if you don’t receive such confirmation.
If you need an invoice before making the payment, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it to your email address. The invoice will be for the total amount of the payment.
Accepted means of payment are credit card and bank wire transfer. Bank charges have to be paid by the participant.
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat email@example.com with copy to firstname.lastname@example.org
Substitutions may be made at any time, but please advise the technical secretariat of a change of name.
If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the technical secretariat immediately. Cancellations received until April 20th 2022 shall be entitled to a refund of 85% (corresponding to the 100% of the registration fee except a 15% for administrative costs).
Cancellations received until May 10th 2022 shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received later than May 10th 2022 shall not be entitled to any refund.
No partial or total refunds will be made if conferences are cancelled due to speakers failing to attend or other changes in the program.
